We ship using the address provided to us by Etsy. The address that Etsy uses is the address that you put on file when cresting your account. If there is more than one address on file, we can only use the address that is provided to us as your default shipping address Please review your shipping information before placing your order to ensure that Etsy has the most up to date address on file. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are shipped or delivered to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us for this reason, the buyer must assume the new cost to ship (or re-ship) and any material costs associated with this process.

ALL custom and personalised orders are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any items that are customised or personalised. This includes custom names, places, dates, times, words, etc. We put an incredible amount of time and attention to detail into all of our items. While we do not offer refunds, please contact us if there is an issue with your order.
*PLEASE NOTE* when placing a custom order, double and triple check the spelling of any names, words, dates, etc. to make sure that they are represented exactly as you would like them to appear on your final order. We cannot be held liable for mistakes made when adding personalisation as we use the information provided to us, exactly as it is provided to us.

Currently, our shop does not offer refunds on any of our items, however please feel free to contact us within 10 days of delivery, if there is a problem with your order. If it cannot be fixed, often we can offer a shop credit to apply to any of the items in our shop, for the amount of your order.

If there are ANY issues with your order, whether something isn't quite right or if something is damaged during transit - PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE - the faster you contact us, the better. Our packages are shipped with insurance and there is a very small window of time in which we can file claims for damage. This window is a short 10 days after delivery. Once this time has passed, the onus is on the buyer and we are no longer responsible to replace the item.
If damages do occur during shipping, please take photos right away of the item itself, the inside and the outside of the packaging. Please be sure that the label is visible in the photos. We MUST have these photos to submit an insurance claim.

All computers, phones and tablets have different screen settings for color. We do our very best to describe colors accordingly and add notes where any color variations have been mentioned. It is for this reason that the color that you see on your screen when choosing your stain/accent paint colors may vary slightly from what you get in person.

Just like we are, every tree is unique! Each has their own patterns, texture and again, like us, their own personal imperfections! Your wood may have knots, slight holes, live edge and or any other number of variations as it is a natural product and each individual portion of lumber differs from the next. We do use lumber milled here on the farm, so do our absolute best to work with imperfections to result in a stunning piece you and your family will enjoy for generations. Slight imperfections such as these are considered to add"character" and should be loved accordingly. Your sign may have elements of such character. We make each piece with absolute dedication, love and attention to fine detail. We make these imperfections, simply perfect!

Yes! While we do not offer refunds on orders, we are more than happy to exchange un-burned candles *once per order* for a different scent of the same size. Item MUST be in its original condition. This means to marks on the candle, no damage to the wax, no damage to the packaging.
A $5 restocking fee will apply to all candles orders, without exception.
Customer is also responsible for return shipping.
Candle must be shipped back using a tracked parcel method and must be shipped within 5 business days of delivery.
Once the candle is received by us, we will examine for any use or damage and if the candle is still in its original condition, we will ship a new scent of your choosing within 5 business days of receiving the candle back to us.

Addresses must be checked and rechecked prior to shipping. Any packages returned to us will incur a $5 handling charge plus the shipping cost - even where free shipping has been offered in the listing. We only cover shipping once.
