Sena’s customer service is excellent. I liked the style of this organizer but wanted it to be sized for a different bag. I also wanted the side compartment to be sized to fit my laptop. There were issues with the sizing of the organizer originally delivered however, when brought to her attention, Sena worked quickly to deliver another organizer that fulfilled all my requirements. I love how well this organizer fits my bag and my laptop! The organizer I received is well made and sturdy. Shipping time was also much quicker than I expected - it took about a week for the item to arrive in Canada. Overall, I would not hesitate to purchase from Sena again. I’m especially impressed with her ability to deliver quality custom organizers!

This item was exactly what I was looking for!! All of the premade bag organizers were just not tall enough for my work bag and I wanted a small sleeve for my laptop. The seller made the walls a little taller for me and the product works perfectly! Fun colors too!
