*Most items are made to order and require a processing time to complete.
**Processing Time** Items will have their own unique turn around times listed in their listing details! (Turn around time is calculated by the amount of orders we currently have in queue and the amount of time it takes to create your handmade item.)
-Ready to ship items are: Finished items, ready to be shipped to you.
-Made to order items are: made after your order is placed.
-If you order a 'ready to ship item' with a 'made to order' item, you will receive all items when the 'made to order' item is finished and items can be shipped in together.
*Please message us if you have any questions about your order, or want to know when your item is scheduled to ship.

SHIPPING RATES♥ We charge the same rates the post office charges for priority mail. We use USPS Priority Mail as our default shipping service. * TRACKING- Etsy will send you an email with tracking information when your item is shipped. *If you need to know when your item will ship, message us and we can give you a date.

♥-International Sales-♥
We ship priority international. We charge what the post office charges for priority mail international. We are aware that shipping can be a particularly significant expense for our international customers, unfortunately we have not found an inexpensive international shipping service that also offers the security of tracking and insurance.
You can downgrade your shipping to first class if you like; however, we will not refund lost or slow packages that are sent first class, priority, or express as we have no control over item post times. Thank you for understanding.

♥-Please note Shipping to: ITALY, BRAZIL and SINGAPORE-♥
This can take longer (up to 8 weeks)! We are not responsible for long post time as we cannot control an item after it leaves our hands. Thank you for understanding.

We give 30 days to buyer to respond to us after notification that the item was returned to us because of failed delivery. After the 30 day period passes with no response, the item is restocked and sold.

*New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
