We provide two different types of bulbs: Carbon Filament bulbs and LED bulbs.

Carbon Filament bulbs have really thin filaments and are really fragile. If they suffer a tension peak where they are installed, they might stop working. They are meant to last 2,500 hours.

LED bulbs are much more durable, less fragile and more eco friendly. They are meant to last 10,000 hours.

Most common scenario is the bulb not working due to a peak tension.

In this case I cannot replace or refund the bulb as it's something beyond my control.

Took some time to arrive but that was due to Brexit/ Covid and imports and the seller kept me informed. Well worth the wait. A beautiful lamp and really well made. Well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. The seller also included a small gift which is very thoughtful. Very happy.
