Despite all mine and the shop owners efforts couldn’t get the template to let me edit or do anything to it. She was very nice to offer to fill it in for me but it was already past due so I resorted to diy-ing something else.

There were 3 solutions to the problem: 1. Technical support which she just gave up on me. 2. I offered to fill it in for her which she said that it's too late. 3. and lastly I offered to refund and that's when she stopped responding to me probably because she had determined to give me a 1 star review no matter what I do. It's a great working template, you just need to know how to use Photoshop. The screenshot that she sent showed she tried to edit the text with a Spot Healing Brush Tool instead the text editing tool :) I think she even ended up rasterizing the whole template in the process making it un-editable.
