Spirit of Nebuta: Unframed art print
The Nebuta float tradition evolved from the ancient Buddhist custom of floating lanterns down a river to carry away ancestral spirits. The Nebuta Festival in Aomori Prefecture is one of the oldest and most well-known summer festivals in Japan. Original artwork is made with black plastic tape on paper, commissioned by JACCC (Japanese American Cultural & Community Center).

So Beautiful! I've had these prints framed and they are perfect. Thank You Chiho!
Beautiful art. Great artist. Thank you again.
After viewing Chiho's amazing art in person at a recent gallery pop-up, this piece was a natural fit for my So Cal motif wall. I love it!
A delightful calendar--well designed, small but easy to read, colorful, whimsical, perfect for a small space. I have mine hanging from a wire line above my computer monitor. Simply perfect for my needs and is uplifting at the same time! A real find. I will stay with this artist. She is personable and caring; messaged me several times.
