c o n c r e t e - Our concrete is specially formulated, non-toxic and safe for wear unlike traditional construction concrete. By nature, this porous material and will become a little darker with a slight shine over time. Avoid excessive handling and contact with oil based products such as make-up. A damp paper towel with dot of mild soap can be used to spot clean. Be kind to your piece and avoid striking against hard surfaces.

w a l n u t - We finish our walnut with food grade Danish Oil. However, olive oil can be used to maintain its richness of color and to highlight the wood grain. Add a thin coat over the surface, allowing to soak in for a few seconds and wipe off excess with a paper towel. Be sure all excess is removed before allowing to come into contact with clothing.

b r a s s (raw) - Our raw brass is polished with a jewelry wax to protect against oxidation; a natural process with brass. This process can be slowed by avoiding wet and humid conditions, however, the brass can be maintained and polished up to its original shine by using a buffing pad or polishing cloth (included), while taking care to avoid concrete or walnut areas if applicable. See individual styles for material details.

g o l d p l a t i n g - Our chain and some charms are made from 24k gold plated brass while no care is needed, it's generally advised to avoid wet and humid conditions with jewelry.

l e a t h e r - leather details can be wiped down with a damp cloth. please avoid risk of scratches. A small amount of leather polish
may be used if necessary but take care to avoid non-leather areas.

We generally ship via USPS (unless requested otherwise) and although each package comes with tracking and is wrapped securely for shipping; we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
