All of my pottery is microwave, oven and dishwasher safe. They are also perfectly happy to be cleaned the old fashioned way in a sink with dish detergent and a sponge.
Please don’t use any of the pottery on an open flame or on any stovetop whether gas or electric.

All of my items travel snuggly wrapped in lots of bubble wrap and outer packaging, ensuring its safe arrival to its new home. I take full responsibility for any breakage due to shipping and offer full refunds in this circumstance.

Items are typically ready to be shipped within 21-28 business days after PayPal payment is complete. The order will be shipped to your PayPal address. If you chose items that are “ready to ship,” they will start their journey within 2-5 business days.
Shipment from Israel by registered mail takes up to 14 days within Europe and 21 days overseas. However, delays may occur and in some cases your package can take up to 31 days to arrive.

You may be charged certain customs fees according to your country's rules and regulations, which are not under our control.
In case your delivery was "Unclaimed" (wrong address / no one was available to claim) and returned back to us, we can send it to you again with an additional cost for the new shipping.

Yes. Each product has the option of choosing express delivery. The price varies according to weight, so the additional cost will appear when you select this option.

Yes, you can purchase by credit card through PayPal.
Please follow these instructions:

3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit Order on Etsy.

If you don’t absolutely love the item, you can contact me up to 7 days after you receive the package. Instructions for returning the item will be provided to you.
You will receive a full refund (not including shipping costs) through PayPal, as soon as the returning item arrives back.
If a parcel is lost or sent to the wrong address, I will not refund or exchange the missing item.
Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
