"What do 'rastered' and 'dpi' mean?

DPI is an acronym for dots per inch. When referencing an image, it is a measure of how much detail is in the image. In printers, it measures how fine of a detail the printer can physically print onto a page. In both cases, higher numbers mean more detail. Rastering is the process within the computer whereby a digital image is converted to dots at a given dpi, so it can be printed. It is all part of creating the file you download, so don't worry, it's all done before you buy. There is nothing you need to do but print it.

Be sure you have your correct email listed on your Etsy account before purchasing a template. Once purchased, your download will be sent to the email account you have on file and I do not have the ability to change it for you and resend the template to a different email address.

Express/Rush/Overnight Shipping

I do not offer express or overnight shipping, no exceptions. I also do not rush orders, they will process in the order they come in to be fair to everyone. Make sure you allow plenty of time for the order to be shipped and delivered before you need it. Please contact me with any questions BEFORE you purchase an item if you need it within a specific time frame to see if it is possible for me to ship the item sooner.
