LEAVING THE BASKET is a limited edition linocut (original hand pulled print) by my son Lev Moroz. Created when he was 15. He started doing linocuts at 13 and proved to have a good eye for graphics.

The linocut is titled, numbered 9/30 (9th of only 30 made) and signed in pencil by the artist. Dated 2008. The image area is about 6"x8" and the paper size is 9.5" by 11". Printed on beautiful printmaking paper (Rising Stonehenge, acid-free) with oil based printing ink - all materials are permanent and archival. The print is in mint condition.

If you like this artwork please take a look at Lev's "Two River Otters", "Bird-feeder Siege", "Sunbathing Lizards", "Great Horned Owl's Nest", "A Lonely Coyote", "Fish Friends", and "Fish Foes" linocuts. Lev's most recent works relate to his high school experience: "Anywhere but Here", "Afternoon Bus", and "Hot Potato".
