My variation on the Egyptian symbol of eternal life, this ankh is created from a willow twig just bursting into bloom.
The ankh was the Egyptian hieroglyph meaning 'eternal life'. It was used in writings, art, jewelry and is often portrayed in the hands of the gods.
Tiny buds rest gracefully along textured twigs. I made the mold from actual willow twigs then carefully bent and carved them until they assumed the desired form. This ankh is a little more organic and delicate, how I envisioned it would 'grow'.

Cast in sterling silver.
Choose between either blackened sterling or bright sterling. The last picture shows the two options. This version features a little soldered bail made from a twig.

I am currently making this to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for me to make one for you.

A large pendant, this ankh measures 2" long by 1 1/4" wide. Bail is another 10mm.

Due to the high value this ships with insurance and delivery confirmation in the US.
