When the solar plexus chakra is out of harmony you have a need to dominate and control, have a great need for prestige and keeping up appearances, and function through the world with deep feelings of inadequacy.

Solar Plexus Essential Oil includes the following ingredients:

Essential Oils: Lemon, Lavender, Chamomile, Rosewood

Crystals: Citrine & Clear Quartz

Other: Chamomile & Lavender flowers, Coconut Oil

Directions: Shake well and apply to the area 2 inches above the navel or onto your hands. If you choose to put the oil onto your hands- rub them together. Friction releases the scent and energy of the oils. Breathe deeply and imagine the breath energizing the area above your navel. Take the time to intentionally connect with your solar plexus chakra. Inhale deeply and say, "May I understand my self-worth and personal power. I ask to be supported so I can be in touch with my inner warrior"
