Serrated bread knife with hand-milled Asian white pear wood handle and lapis inlay
Materials: Steel, wood
"Favorite Cook's" cryogenic bread knife. Cryogenically annealed 440 C stainless steel, 13-1/2” overall length, 0.078” thick, 1-1/2” wide with 8” blade. Handle is hand-milled from Asian white pear wood (Pyrus x bretschneideri) harvested in Corrales, New Mexico. Fine satin finish and flat ground. Silver nickel pins and a small sliver of lapis lazuli inlay filling a minor flaw in the knot (see detail). Handle is sealed with several layers of polyacrylic, although, as any wooden handled utensil, the handle is water resistant but not water proof and should never be soaked or run through an automatic dishwasher.

Oh my goodness! How adorable. The cutest postcards for a person like me who kind of took on too many tasks (chickens, ducks, dogs, cats, garden, etc. I haven't been to space yet - but if I do go, I will request my astronaut photo from ya'll to super impose my face in the postcards. Extremely high quality prints and my neighbors are laughing so hard because they knew I was too ambitious and getting in a bit over my head. Lol! Now if we could just add two bee hive colonies and some cats and ducks in the background --- the neighborhood and my far-distanced relatives would get a great Christmas card! 5 stars! Thank you so much for making me smile - and my neighbors smile, too. We all need a little comedy and fun in our lives these days! V/r, Katie Anne Davis
I bought these as a Christmas gift for my husband. They arrived right away and were even nicer then the pictures. I cannot tell you what a hit they were on Christmas day! Love them and will shop here again!
Nice knife overall. Not the nicest knife in my kit, but not bad for the price.
