Really lovely, but it's constructed in such a way that it doesn't sit flush with my skin (there's a tiny metal ridge where the thread/screw is attached to the base of the jewelry). Since my dermal is on my chest, that's a concern - it could easily get caught on something and torn out. Otherwise a really fantastic item.
