Absolutely beautiful piece. I was looking for a Coast Guard Warrant emblem and it was not shown on the listings. I reached out to the shop owner and he was gracious and quick to respond. He had it drafted for me to review and was realistic with the turnaround time. After a few weeks, the piece arrived and it's stunning. Literally flawless and I am hard to please! The recipient of this gift was over the moon. It now hangs in his office on base and he will cherish it forever.

The letters are not printing on the object. I have done some research and it says that it cannot do it because they are too small. Even with my ultra-high detail head I cannot make the print come out right. The letters should be printing, has to be something wrong with the file. I am using Cura, if anyone has any ideas, I would be appreciative.

The buyer made no attempt to contact me to solve the problem. I tried to message them and even offered a refund. It is clear from the comments on the review that it seems that they are asking their 3d printer to do a size resolution that it isn't able to do. I'll still stand behind all my models. If the lettering is too small for a printer, then increase the size. I'm not sure how this rated a 1 STAR on us.
