How do I add return addressing to my envelopes?

To add return addressing to your envelopes, just select the "+Address" option from the dropdown menu above the add to cart button.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most domestic/USA orders will ship within 2-4 business days. International orders take a bit longer, so please allow up to 6 business days for production. Domestic orders ship FREE via standard/ground, which varies between 2-7 business days depending on your location. International orders ship via standard/ground which can take 1-12 weeks depending on your location & customs inspections in your country. If you need faster shipping, please select an upgrade when placing your order! (You may also experience COVID-19 or weather related shipping delays, so please allow extra time for delivery)

Will you send me a proof before you print my order?

Not usually—I only send a proof if you request one when you order. Since I'll be copying & pasting exactly what you supply in your order, we can skip the proofing step, which allows me to get your order on its way much faster! If you would like to see a proof before I print, please let me know in the notes section at checkout. All proofs are sent within one business day via Etsy's messaging system. Please note that adding a proof may add to your production time. I'll update your ship date when you approve your proof, if necessary.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since my stationery is personalized especially for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your items arrive damaged due to shipping or if I made a mistake on your order, please contact me immediately and I will do my best to make it right!

Do you print your logo on the stationery?

Yes! It is standard practice for stationers to include their logo on the back of their notecards as a mark of quality and authenticity.

How do I add my personalization?

It depends on your device! If you don't see a personalization box, add the stationery to your cart, then look for a text box labeled "Add a note to PardonMyInk." Or, just send me a message after you place your order. I will copy and paste your text exactly as you input it, so please DOUBLE CHECK your spelling before sending! In designs where the text is all upper or lowercase, the personalization will be converted to match the example photos.

What kind of paper & printing method do you use?

All items are digitally flat printed with archival inks. • Notecards are printed on a heavyweight 100lb. eggshell-finish cardstock. • Notepads are printed on smooth, white 70lb. text weight paper - heavier than standard paper, but not as thick as cardstock.
