Thank you for 10 Wonder Full years in silk!
This is a BIG change, but we are excited to bring you more of the quality you love in natural toys and art in this new year!

One of the challenges for us in making our wool dryer balls is that the rates charged for shipping by Canada Post can be prohibitive.

We love this product and want to share the simplicity and green living with other families. So we have created an online tutorial so you can make your own!

Dryer balls (and toy balls) are a wonderful craft activity for families and kids (even as young as three!). They are a natural product that can be used over and over again in place of plastic and chemical alternatives. Just toss a few in your dryer to increase air circulation, absorb moisture, soften laundry and cut drying time significantly. Perfect for cloth diapers.

**This listing is for the tutorial only**

The tutorial is full of pictures, tips and information.
Includes a materials list and suggestions.
It is intended for personal use only.
The link will be sent to you within 24 hours (usually much less) of purchasing the item.

Please see our other listings for finished dryer balls available for purchase. Our finished balls include a hand stamped muslin bag for hanging to dry.

Frequently asked questions about BeneathTheRowanTree

Sizes are described for each item. If you are purchasing for a specific use or space, please be sure to measure before ordering. As each silk piece is dyed custom for you, returns and exchanges are not generally made for pieces that are their described dimensions.
Every silk item will arrive with a postcard bearing detailed information about the item and its care. Generally, treat silk like your own hair (a protein fiber)~ wash gently in warm to cool water with a gentle shampoo or dish soap and hang to dry. Avoid laundry detergent. Direct sunlight (ie on a clothesline) can quickly damage silk. Tumble dry low for a brief time, best of all~ press with a warm iron while damp.
