Returns and exchange details

We will accept returns within 7 days upon delivery date for unused, undamaged and unwashed items. You will receive a refund for the full product price, shipping will not be refunded.

There are no returns accepted for custom orders and wholesale custom orders.

Orders can not be cancelled within 24 Hours after payment due to cost in materials usually being spent within that time frame. Please look at turnaround time for each item. If needed sooner feel free to purchase the Rush my Order Listing.

Shipping policies

All Shipping is done through USPS. Choose Standard which is 2-5 days or Priority, which is 2-3 Business Days.
