Am I getting back a digital file or a physical product?

All of the final products are digitals. You can either get them as an attachment on a message or you can request I send them to your email.

What is the turn around time?

My turn around time is usually 1 to 3 days for photos and 4-7 days for videos. If you are in a rush, please let me know.

What is the size of the final product?

The final product is the same size and resolution as the photo you send.

How many revision do I get?

My goal is that you are happy with your photo, I'll make as many changes are necessary to accomplish that. Changes include lighting, size, color, contrast, and errors made in the editing process.

If I don't like the result with the photos and positioning I picked, can I change the photos I want to use?

Yes, but unfortunately, it means I have to start from scratch in the editing process and would need to treat it as a new order. I would be happy to give you a discount if you would like to proceed with the new photo as a new order.
