The shipping method I use for all international shipments is International Registered Mail, that's tracked during the route and the arrival.

The processing time is indicated in each listing.

Shipping times:

Europe / UK: about 4 -10 days
USA: about 10 - 15 business days
in most cases.


It may happen that customs blocks intervene and the timing may be more, but this happens rarely (3% of times)

REFUND

I refund when:

All the molds are wrapped accurately and safely protected with bubble wrap and card board, and then put into a puddle envelope.

I have another shop and I've been selling molds for a few years and it never happened that an item arrived broken so far.

However, if the items arrives broken, you can contact me by sending me a clear photo of the broken item.

The photo has to be sent by 2 days from the delivery.
If the photo is sent after 2 days, I won't refund it because I could think that the item got broken after it arrived.

In case of refund, I will refund the price of the item, NOT the shipping cost.

In my experience, an item usually can be considered lost after 60 days.
It may happen, very rarely (3% of times) that the item needs so much time because of customs delays.

if the item doesn't arrive after 60 days, please DM me.
I can help you contact the post office and ask for information, and I'll make a refund.

The refund will be on the price of the item, NOT the shipping cost.

The return will be accepted only if it's never used.
If you open the packaging, you see the mold, you don't like it and you want to return it, you can do it.
If you use it and you don't like it, I can't accept the return.

So if you want to return it in the first case, you can get a refund.

1. the shipping back costs will be charged to the customer.
2. please it is better if you use a tracked shipping method, so you can assure that the item will arrive, and tracking number is a safe way to make sure for both of us that the item arrived.
3. Once delivered to my address, I will proceed with refund.


NOTE: the refund will be on the item cost, NOT the shipping cost.

You can cancel the order by 24 hours since the purchase arrived. Since I'll try to do my best for offer you a fast shipping, It is necessary that you're fast in informing me about the cancellation, so I can guarantee you that I still haven't shipped it yet and I can accept to cancel you order.

I tempi di imballaggio e spedizione sono indicati in ogni inserzione nella sezione "spedizione".

Il metodo di spedizione utilizzato normalmente è Posta 1. NON uso corriere.
Il servizio di Posta 1 è tracciato nel percorso e nell'arrivo. La tracciatura del percorso è più semplice di quello di una raccomandata. I tempi di spedizione sono solitamente
1-3 giorni lavorativi. Può accadere molto raramente (meno dell'1% dei casi) che ci impieghi più tempo, dipende esclusivamente dal giro che compie il pacco nei centri smistamento delle Poste.

Il rimborso è previsto solo in alcuni casi:

1. il pacco dal tracciamento risulta perso.
Accade rarissimamente (meno dell'1% dei casi) che un pacco si perda, e viene considerato perso un pacco che dal tracciamento non risulta consegnato ancora dopo 20 giorni - 1 mese dal giorno di spedizione.
In questo caso contattami, eseguirò per te una ricerca tramite le poste, e se effettivamente risulterà perso, procederò con il rimborso.

ATTENZIONE: si rimborsa solo l'oggetto, non il costo di spedizione.
