Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


I ship worldwide via International Registered AirMail from Latvia, so your package will have a tracking number.

Express post packages tend to arrive within 8-10 days of sending.
*If item is marked "as made to order" it will take up to 8 days to complete your item.

Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping and purchasing to their respective countries.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we can not accept returns for personalized designs.
Our products are customized, so we will only provide refunds for defective or damaged items.
Shipping charges are not returned. Customers are also responsible for the cost of shipping to return item.
We are not responsible for any errors or requests that you had in your notes, we copy and paste all notes given on an order.
You must provide photos of the damaged items as well as the shipping box within 2 days of receiving the order. We need photos of the shipping box with the damage shown to file a claim with the shipper! We cannot issue a refund for damaged goods until we have the photos of the damaged shipping container.
We will refund your cost minus 10%. Shipping charges are not returned.
If the item is marking still reliably in-transit and less than a 1.5 month has passed, We will ask you to wait before refunding, as we can not consider it lost.

We can not refund if a package is claimed by the customer as not arrived, but is showing up as delivered by the postal company. In this case, an investigation will be launched by the postal company.
Please allow extra ship time especially during busy holiday shipping times.
We are not responsible for any carrier errors or delays.
If you are not receiving it in a reasonable amount of time, please contact your local postal service with your tracking number.
We are not responsible for any delays there may be with delivery.
Please contact us right away. We will be unable to cancel an order once you accept the cover model.
We will refund 50% of the price of the item that was returned to me due to non-pickup or unsuccessful delivery attempts by your post office only after it has arrived back at our office. (Excluding custom or personalized orders , unless they arrive damaged or defective)

These costs will not be refunded:
1. shipping costs
2. custom logo (picture) engravings
3. design switches
4. order rushing

You will be responsible for any taxes and fees your state/country imposes on you regarding your purchase. If you refuse to pay the tax and it is returned to us we will not refund the order.

We will send you the cover proof in 1-3 working days. If we will not receive a respond in the nearest 3 working days after the proof has been sent, we will start the production with the cover model as it is. After the production will start, there will be no possibilities to change the font, add text or change the colors.

1. If you will not specify the font or color (such as binding or sheet color), and will not respond to our attempts of contacting you, we will make the order with the colors and fonts similar to the sample of the listing.

2. The colors of our items (like paper, colored details etc.) may vary depending on your used device (computers, smartphone etc.) screen color settings.

3. The color of the wood may naturally vary from the sample picture.

4. With a purchase, you will receive a digital proof of the product with one adjustment (if needed).
