Please read each listing for shipping options. Items shipped via USPS Priority Mail include insurance for loss or damage. Items shipped via USPS 1st class do not include insurance and we are not liable for loss or damage. If you're in a hurry but forgot to upgrade your shipping during checkout, we have shipping upgrades available as a separate purchase in our store. During peak shipping times, we may opt to use UPS for some heavier/larger items. We will notify you with tracking information if that is the case. We do not use FedEx.

Please ensure that your DELIVERY address is correct when placing your order. Requesting an address change afterwards will cause your order to be cancelled so you can correct your details since we cannot alter your address on shipping labels. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, you will need to purchase postage to have it re-shipped to a new address.

Unfortunately due to international service disruptions, we are not shipping most items internationally.

We expect significant delays to USPS deliveries again this year. Please order early if you want it for Christmas! USPS suggests items shipped on or before Dec 17 may arrive in time for Christmas (this is an estimate, not a guarantee!)
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE ITEM BY CHRISTMAS. Once it ships, it is beyond our control. Please choose expedited shipping for tracking and insurance if it is an important gift.

For all items which ship via USPS we will send you a tracking number with your shipping notification through your Etsy account. Once the package in the hands of the USPS it is out of our control and we are not responsible for delivery. Please check your tracking number with the online USPS system for status of items.

If there is an issue with delivery, contact the USPS. We cannot do anything about a package not being delivered, only the Post Office can!

We will not split orders into separate packages to separate addresses. The free shipping offer is to a single US address only. Standard shipping only; upgrades to next class of shipping (ie. Q: How do I add my details for personalization?
A: List your text/dates/recipe name in the Personalization field when you check out.

Q: How do I get a copy of my recipe to you?
A: All details are in the listing, but you can email your image to info [!at] ladymaggie.com with your order# in the subject line. Please review the listing for the image requirements.

Q: Can I see what the recipe will look like on the board?
A: Yes! We always send you an artwork proof for approval before engraving.

Q: Is the recipe on the engraved cutting board permanent?
A: Yes! We engrave the recipe - this is not printing and will never wash off.

Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes! Etsy's shipping calculator will calculate a total, but if when we package the items the shipping is less than that, we will refund the difference.

Q: When will my item ship?
A: There is an estimated processing time listed for all items. Stock items ship in about 3-5 days. Personalized items like ornaments and keychains require 5-7 days. Custom items like cutting boards are created when ordered, so take longer - about 1-2 weeks. Please see our Shipping Policies for more details on how an item ships and tracking/insurance options.

Q: This is a gift - can I send a message with it?
A: Yes! Select the "Gift Item" option - no receipt will be included in the package but any message you type will be. If you do not include a message it will simply read "A Gift For You!" to the recipient.

Q: Do you offer discounts for large orders?
