Description

These glass snap-top favor jars dipped in glitter make wonderful tabletop accents for weddings, baby showers, anniversaries or birthdays. Simply decorate to match your theme, then fill with your favorite treats for guests to enjoy.

Each glass is dipped in glitter and sealed. Glitter will not come out. Hand wash only. NOT dishwasher safe. Each order comes with 10 jars with the color of your choice.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Digital Items:
For downloadable ready files, NO refund will be given. If you purchase a digital invitation, you can cancel anytime before the invite is worked on. Please note for most digital invitations are worked on within 24 hours of purchase but may take up to 48 hours. Once I have worked on your customized invitation, no refund will be given.

Please note that I am not responsible for how your item prints. Colors may look one way on the computer but may print out slightly different. Each printer is different. If you are purchasing your prints via Vista Print, please let me know so that I can customize it to the right size.

Physical Items:
Broken or mishandled items: If you received an item that was broken or mishandled during shipment, please let know immediately so that we can quickly resolve the issue.

For items you are unhappy with (due to an error on my end meaning wrong colors, not as described, etc): Items must be mailed back to me for a refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note that for custom orders, I do not ship or print until you approve that order. I cannot begin printing any custom orders until I receive the clients approval! I cannot give a refund on custom/personalized items if the error was not my own. Please make sure that everything is correct before you approve.

Also, please email me immediately with any issues you may have. I do NOT give refunds on orders 2 weeks after delivery date. If you do have an issue, please send me a message right away. Thank you!

Shipping policies

I cannot control shipping. I will try to mail out anything and everything in a timely manner, however in case of a hurricane, snow storm, etc. I cannot guarantee any shipping dates. You will receiving your tracking information once I mail your item to ensure that you can keep an eye on your package.

For international shipping, delivery time varies depending on your location. Please allow time for your package to arrive. If you are ordering an invitation, I would suggest ordering it a month before you plan on sending them out. I try my best to turn around my items quick, but I cannot control the shipping.

Also please note that international sales might have extra custom fees, duties or VAT. Those charges fall on the buyer. I am not responsible for any extra fees the country may collect from the buyer. If you have any questions regarding fees, please contact your post office.

FAQs

YES! I love making sure that each order is perfect. If you have specific colors or would like to change the wording on your order, please let me know BEFORE I begin working on it and I will accommodate your request.
Each listing has a processing time. On average, some jobs take 1-2 weeks to complete. Once I am done with it, I will send you tracking information. Most packages ship out priority mail via USPS. So you should receive your package within 2-3 business date from the time it has left my studio. Please note, that once it leaves here I cannot control shipping.

For digital items, once your payment goes through, you will receive an email letting you know you can download your file.

For customized digital items, please give me 24-48 hours to work on your order. Once I receive your order, I will message you letting you know when you can except it.
Digital files will be customized by me. You will not receive a customizable file to work on at home.
Wholesale is available for some of my items. Please contact me for special pricing.
