Have you always wanted to put a label in something you've made so the recipient will know how to care for it?

Well, now you can. You spend many hours making your hand made items, whether you knit it, crochet it or sew it.

Our care labels are printed on soft cotton twill natural (light beige) cotton twill and are ready to be sewn into your garment. Labels are machine washable and dryable. Ironing is not necessary nor is it recommended, but if desired place a thin piece of material between the iron and the label and use lowest setting, no steam and press very gently after they are sewn in.

These labels will not be scratchy against the skin and get even softer once they are washed. They measure 5/8 x 2" and are cut to size. The top edges are finished and side edges are cut with pinking shears so they won't fray. They can be sewn into a seam or into the neckline. The are available individually or in a variety pack.

Variety pack. Set includes 6 labels of each (18 labels total) :Hand Wash Lay Flat to Dry, Machine Wash and Dry-Gentle, Machine Wash Lay Flat to Dry.

Individual: Available in sets of 8, 18, 36 and 60 labels. See Quantity Pulldown menu

Our organic cotton labels can be sewn in as is. They don't fray or unravel. They fuzz slightly around the edges after machine washing

Yes, you can safely wash and dry them.
We do not recommend ironing your labels. We use a heat set process that locks in color and prevents fraying. If you do iron, place a piece of material between iron and label, use lowest setting and press gently. Once the label is washed, you can iron over the label using the lowest setting on your iron and very gently. We are not responsible for damage caused by ironing your labels
