After I receive original item I can refund your money EXCEPT ADMINISTRATION FEES (-15 eu) or I can make new item for you but shipping to you cost extra money (Please contact me).

If your parcel is returned after it has been sent due to non-collection by the recipient, I charge an ADMINISTRATION FEE (-15 eu).

Your money will be refunded after I receive original item.

It takes more time to make custom order than unusual item. Of cause custom orders has different prices because of custom foot size, slippers design, amount of wool or difficulties in felting process.

You can find slippers and shoes sizing chart in every last image near every item. It may be different from other size charts in the shops you are used to buy. If there is a opportunity we ask you to measure your foot longest and widest points and send us measurements in case to avoid any inconveniences when choosing wrong size.
If you are buying slippers like a present for another person please choose size very carefully from the table that is given.
Pay attention to the insole length and if you can compare it with shoe size.

Put your foot (without socks) an a blank sheet of paper and carefully linear it to make accurate outline.
Use a ruler to measure longest point (from toe to heel) of your foot and then try to find the size then finds your measurements. That's how you find exact size to choose.

Felted slippers with latex soles:
Possible gentle hand wash with warm water or dry cleaning with vacuum cleaner. NO MACHINE WASHING.

Felted slippers with suede leather soles:
Possible light hand wash or dry cleaning. Sole can be cleanest with wet cloth. NO MACHINE WASHING.

Felted slippers with rubber sole:
Possible light hand wash or dry cleaning. Sole can be cleanest with wet cloth. NO MACHINE WASHING.

Felted slippers and indoor boots are made in 1-2 weeks.
Felted slippers for children are made in 1-2 week.
Custom orders has custom processing time. It depends from the item you are interested in.
