HOW TO ORDER:

Select your quantity for the size you are adding to the cart -- ADD EACH SIZE TO YOUR CART SEPARATELY. Pricing varies by size, so this is very important to ensure your order is figured correctly. After you add each size to your cart, click on the title or photo for the item to go back to the listing to add the next size. Repeat this process until all items are in your cart then proceed with Etsy checkout.

Select your Size -- pay attention to the size you are adding. As this is a custom item, refunds/exchanges are not available if you order an incorrect size. The size options given match the sizes listed in the charts (if you order a 3XL, you will get an unisex 3XL. If you order a 2T, you will get a toddler 2T).

Enter your personalization in the personalization area. if you are ordering multiple shirts in the same color, you can enter the full info on the first shirt added to cart then put "same" (or something similar) on each additional shirt ordered. make sure to include names on each size of you are ordering with the anchor on the front or sleeve.

SHIRT COLOR: -- if you are ordering different size ranges (i.e. unisex adult, ladies and toddler) and you want all shirts to be the same color, be sure to check each size chart to ensure the color you want is shown in each of those charts. While unisex adult shirts come in a very wide range of colors, other fits do not come in those same colors. If a color is not shown in a particular chart, it is not available in that size.

PRINT COLOR: -- Print colors are shown in photo with "Vinyl Print Colors" at the top. Please use the color name shown on the print color chart. If you just tell me "blue," for example, I will have no idea which blue you want as that color name does not appear on the chart and there are several shades of blue offered.

TEXT ABOVE ROPE: -- This does not have to be the ship name if you do not want it, can be any text* you wish

TEXT BELOW SHIP: -- This is where the date is in the photo. Text does not have to be the date, can be any text* you wish up to 2 lines

TEXT BELOW ROPE (up to 3 lines): -- This is where the ports are in the photo - does not have to be the ports, can be any text* you wish

* Note that the more characters that are in a line of text, the smaller the lettering will need to be for the characters to fit in the space

CELL NUMBER: -- This is so I have an alternate way to reach you should I have a question and you have not answered a message sent through Etsy. I never keep your personal info or use it in any way other than to contact you about the order you placed. Even then, I will send a text that asks you to come to Etsy to see the message about your order.

DATE NEEDED: -- This is so simply so I can make sure you have allowed enough time for your order to deliver to you. Putting a date here that is earlier than my turn around time will NOT result in the order shipping sooner than scheduled nor will it change the shipping method on your order. If you need quicker turn around time, message me to see if rush service is possible. The Etsy shown delivery dates are an estimate and do not allow any time for shipping delays. Always allow extra time for delivery in case USPS runs behind.

There is a link to my Instagram feed below where you can see all shirt/print color combinations I have done previously. I print all shirts myself. No shirt is ever sent to a print on demand service.

Print size will vary for toddler, youth and adult sizes. Print size is the same for all shirts within a specific size range (all toddler shirts the same print size, all youth shirts the same print size, all adult shirts the same print size).

SHIRTS:

See photos size/color charts. Each fit/size range has it's own photo. Size charts are the photos that show a model wearing a blank shirt, lists all sizes in that fit, measurements for each of those sizes, shirt specifications, and show the colors that fit comes in.

Unisex, ladies, youth, toddler and infant sizes for this listing are by Bella Canvas. This is my personal favorite t-shirt brand. They are super soft, lightweight and the material has a lot of stretch making them comfy to wear.

To be sure you order the correct size, check the measurements in the chart for the size you are ordering and always allow for some shrinkage. Every shirt brand fits differently, so checking measurements is very important to ordering the correct size. I personally believe this brand runs a bit small in the youth sizes and some infant sizes. See shop policies (link below), for tips on sizing. I have included a photo that shows you where to measure a shirt you have so you can get measurements to compare to the charts. Keep in mind manufacturer measurements are taken on unlaundered garments (if you are measuring a cotton shirt you own for comparison and it has been laundered, it is now smaller than it was when you purchased it). I always recommend sizing up if you are in doubt - IMHO it is much better to have a shirt that's a bit bigger than I like than to have one that is smaller/tighter than I like!

SHIPPING AND TURN AROUND TIME:

All custom orders purchased Monday through Saturday will schedule to ship EXACTLY 2 WEEKS (14 DAYS) from the date of purchase. Sunday orders will schedule to ship 15 DAYS from the date of purchase (USPS does not pick up on Sunday). This is NOT the date your item will deliver to you, it is the date I will SHIP your order. As I work out of a room in my home, I can not stock all sizes and colors of shirts. This time frame not only allows me time to customize your design, it allows time for me to order and receive the materials I need to complete your custom order.

If you need an order to ship sooner, contact me prior to placing the order so I can see if my schedule will allow for a rush order to be placed. I do have 2 rush services options available, but my schedule and material availability will determine if I can complete an item more quickly. When you message, please include information about sizes and colors as well as when you will need it in your hands so I can check all materials and know if I can complete an order in your time frame.

The date Etsy shows you for expected delivery is an ESTIMATE! This estimate does NOT account for any possible shipping delays and we all know that USPS can run behind - they are human, it happens. ALWAYS allow time for delays just in case. Etsy estimates do NOT reflect USPS allowances.

For example: You are several states away and order 2 shirts on the 1st and pay extra for priority shipping. Your order is scheduled to ship the 15th. Etsy will show you an expected delivery date of the 16-18th (1-3 days from ship date). There is no way that package is arriving the 16th! If I go to the USPS website and enter your zip code, it will tell me your order is expected to deliver the 18th. Expected - not guaranteed. USPS says that priority packages may take up to 5 days (and they will NOT refund if it takes 5 days or less), but the Etsy delivery date does not reflect this.

Standard shipping is Ground Advantage. Etsy will show first class or parcel select ground, but USPS has changed these to Ground Advantage. This is generally 2-5 days for packages up to 16 ounces, 2-15 days for larger packages up to 70 pounds. It includes tracking and up to $100 in insurance. The delivery date is NOT guaranteed.

If you would like to have an order ship priority, I am happy to set up a listing for you. The price is different than Ground Advantage but Etsy has not updated our profiles to give us this option yet. I cannot set an exact upgrade price for this as it will depend on the package weight, measurements and the zip code the package will ship to. In many cases, the price difference will not be much at all and I will happily ship priority with no additional charge in this case. Depending on where you are, it may cost a bit more. I am happy to figure up the difference for you if you contact me with your zip code and what shirts you are looking at ordering.

I am happy to answer questions you may have regarding an item or your order. I'll even set up a private listing for you if you are having trouble navigating the ordering process.

Please allow 24 hours for me to reply to messages. I work full time as well as run this business. I have a child at home who plays sports so I'm running to and from practices and games all year, and I have a grandchild I help with on occasion. I typically will respond to messages in the early morning and later in the evening during the week (I do not answer messages while I am working for my other employer during the weekdays unless I am on lunch). On weekends, it will be random in between working on upcoming orders and doing things with family. I answer what shows as the oldest message first. When you send a new message, it shows the newest message time. For those who have difficulty with patience, note that sending a message every couple of hours will actually make it look like your message is newer so it will be answered later in line.

Be sure to add noreply [!at] etsy.com to your email contacts so that you do not miss any communication regarding your order. This email address will send you the order confirmation/receipt, message notifications and shipping notifications.

CARE: To increase the life of any graphic tee, wash inside out in cold water. NO softener or bleach. Pull from dryer while still slightly damp and hang or lay out to finish drying. Do NOT iron graphic. If you must iron, place a pillowcase over the design and iron with pillowcase between iron and shirt to avoid damaging the graphic.
