The chimes are lovely, the personalization exactly what I requested. My grandsons will give it to their mom on Mothers Day and we are looking forward to hearing it ring loud and clear!!

My mother loved this item! We had an issue with our first delivery (totally not the company's fault- the mail man delivered to wrong location) but Debra jumped right on it and got a new one sent out to us right away. Her customer service was awesome, and the product itself is beautiful!

This was a Mother's Day gift for my wife and we loved it as soon as we took it out of the box. There were actually 16 names to be listed and one grandson was accidentally left off. But Firewood Creations immediately sent the corrected version. Everyone loves it. We completely recommend this business and their products. They are special.
