Gold sticker reads "tender queer" - for all you tender, gentle LGBT folk out there!

Printed on shiny gold sticker paper, this sticker measures approximately 3.5 inches in diameter.

Stickers are sturdy and scuff resistant, but are not suitable for outdoor use (as they are not fully waterproofed).

Each sticker is trimmed by hand, so you can expect minor variations in appearance.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

I am not happy unless you are happy. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason I will work with you towards resolution.

--BUTTONS & MAGNETS: Missing, Lost or Stolen --

Delivery times vary. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be prepared. After this, please note that within Canada mail can take up to 10 business days or 2 weeks with Canada Post, to the United States mail can take up to 5-6 business days, and to international destinations mail can take up to 4 weeks (sometimes longer if the item is held up in Customs).

Items to the United States are shipped with USPS tracking. If your item shows as "delivered" by USPS your first step is to contact your local post office with the tracking number. Deliveries within the USA are tracked by GPS and often the post office can let you know exactly where the parcel was dropped off. Please also check with neighbours or family members to see if someone has taken the parcel in.

If these steps do not turn up the parcel, we will need a letter/e-mail from you confirming that it has been lost or stolen in order for us to replace and/or refund the item. Please send us a convo and we will guide you through this process. We cannot replace or refund your item until we have received this letter/e-mail from you.

--BUTTONS & MAGNETS: Returns--

I accept returns for any reason, up to 7 days after you have received the item. The item must be returned in its original condition.


Please let me know immediately if your item arrives damaged. Damaged items will be refunded and/or replaced at no cost to you. Please keep the item with its original packaging while we file a claim -- evidence of damage to items may be requested by the insurance company for up to six months following delivery. Buttons and magnets do get mangled at times going through the postal system. Please let us know before you leave feedback if you are unhappy in any way with your order.


Our policies are a little different for mugs and tote bags as we work with an outside manufacturer. Please note:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the part of "The Printful" are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue with your order, please submit a Problem report by following the instructions in this video: https://www.theprintful.com/returns

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

We cannot refund mug or bag orders due to buyer’s remorse.

Shipping policies

Buttons and magnets are made to order and ship within 2-4 business days. Where possible I will combine shipping costs on multiple orders, and refund any postage overage to you.

Buttons and magnets are carefully wrapped and ship in a bubble mailer; please let us know if you would like your order to be gift wrapped or if you would like us to include a small card (use the "Note to Seller" field on checkout).

Mugs and tote bags are ready to ship in 4 to 8 business days.


Your button or magnet order will be processed in 4 business days, and to this you must add time spent in the postal system. On average it takes 5 business days for mail to reach US destinations. Within Canada, depending on your location, mail can take anywhere from 4 to 10 business days. Sometimes international orders will take a little longer if your parcel is held up in Customs. Please let us know if you have a firm deadline for your order as we can provide you with shipping alternatives, including Expedited and Express Post.

Mugs take take 3 to 7 days to process and an additional 3 to 8 days to ship to US destinations. Again, please let us know ASAP if you need rush shipping on your order.
We are happy to provide tracking on US orders, but cannot offer it on Canadian orders or international unless specifically requested and paid for. Please get in touch if you would like us to add tracking to your parcel. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive, please be assured that we are happy to replace the items or refund the cost of your order to you.
Buttons are carefully packaged in small, clear bags; magnets are attached with double sided tape to a card, and then placed in an envelope (to ensure that they do not get loose when traveling through the post). We do provide gift wrapping using tissue and ribbon if requested - please send us a note on checkout using the "Note to Seller" field. We can also include a small gift card - just let us know what wording you would like us to use.

We cannot gift wrap mugs and tote bags at this time.
Buttons and magnets are 1.25 inches in diameter. This is quite small: ever-so-slightly larger than an American or Canadian quarter. Please familiarize yourself with the size before ordering so as to avoid disappointment when your buttons arrive.

We do not offer larger sizes at this time as we only own the one button press.
We are happy to take custom orders. Please send us a convo to discuss details. Since buttons and magnets are only 1.25 inches in diameter, only a few words or a very simple design would be appropriate. If in doubt, send us your design and we can show you what it would look like on a 1.25 inch button.

We do offer wholesale on all buttons except the build-your-own "mix and match" sets of 8. Please send us a convo for more info.
Sometimes the Etsy shipping calculator goes bananas, especially if you are ordering multiple single buttons (ie 25 single buttons). Please send an email before checking out and we can setup a custom listing for you. If you have already checked out please send a message and we will reimburse the difference between the Etsy calculation and actual shipping cost. We do our best to catch these shipping overages as they occur but sometimes they slip past. Please don't be shy!
