Returns & exchanges

The purchase of an item is final and for information of any kind, please contact me BEFORE making the purchase. The price of custom made items will always be the same as the ones currently listed unless the size or the type of yarn varies considerably. If there is something that you are not sure of, please ask before making the purchase or placing the custom order.

Any requests for refunds or returns must be received within three business days of the parcel arriving. In the case of an item not arriving at all, you will be refunded but only if the parcel has not been confirmed as delivered.
All items must be in original condition. Refunds will take place as soon as I receive the item back. Shipping charges will not be refunded. For special and custom orders: the deposit covers the costs of materials and the time invested, so, I’m sorry but if you cancel your order the deposit will not be refunded.

Additional policies

All the items featured in my shop are made personally by me from my original designs and patterns, and have been made with the best materials and great care in a smoke-free and extremely clean environment. Most of them are one-of-a-kind, but request for custom items are welcome.

All custom order items over USD $10 will require a deposit of 50% of the purchase price, with the balance to be paid when the item is ready to ship.

Color may vary depending on computer monitors. I try to give accurate description of colors, but if you need extra information or photos of details don't hesitate to convo me or write to:
