Shipped on time - there was an initial error with my order when I received it, however, they were prompt in understanding my issue and shipping out a replacement free of charge. It fits great and my bag is so much more organized

I am so happy with my custom size organizer. This is my second purchase from this seller and she never disappoints. The organizer fits my Dooney and Bourke Florentine Satchel perfectly.
