Are you Team Bette or Team Joan?

Once you've seen Whatever Happened to Baby Jane? you will never, ever be the same. Its funny, weird, terrifying and instantly quotable, full to burst with iconic film moments (my personal fave is Joan Crawford unveiling a rat for tea as Bette listens with glee round the corner). Or maybe you saw Ryan Murphy's beautifully-produced Feud where the divas were uncannily brought to life by Susan Sarandon and Jessica Lange.

As a lifelong fan of the film, I've taken Bette Davis' and Joan Crawford's gorgeous, iconic faces and drawn them in a bold graphic style. They are primarily in black and white with hints of orange and red.

Each cushion is then backed with black polycotton which sets of the front perfectly. The opening is an envelope style, which means it can be easily removed for gentle washing.

Printed in Kent onto a soft, medium-weight cotton twill (213gsm) with a diagonal weave, using eco-friendly water based pigment inks, each cushion is then cut and sewn by myself, with the edges serged for stability.

These cushions are 50cm x 50cm square (20" x 20"). A smaller size (40cm square) is also available, as is a large cushion cover without a cushion pad to fill it.

I like my cushions to be nice and snug; for this reason each cover is cut to the correct size but sewn with a reasonable seam allowance which will let the cushion pad fit tightly inside.

Each cushion is handmade so size may vary by a few millimetres.

All of my Baby Jane illustrations are completely unauthorised and unofficial, in no way affiliated with anyone from the film.

I am based in the UK and several of my items are handmade. I try and reflect this in my estimated shipping times.

Unless otherwise selected, items will always be posted to the UK via first class Royal Mail, which does not provide tracking.

Items will be sent to the US, Europe and further afield via standard Royal Mail. This does not offer international tracking. If you require tracking, please get in touch but please bear in mind this will be considerably more expensive.

I cannot account for hold-ups or charges due to increased volume of mail, seasonal holidays or delays at customs.
