A textured .925 sterling silver meditation ring and two 14 K gold filled spinners. Perfect for fidgeting, stress relief, or anxiety, this beauty will also make a statement on your hand.

This ring is available in any size, please choose your size from the drop-down menu. I recommend going up a 1/2 to full size because of the width of the band. You can go to a local jeweler to get sized for a wide band or print off a wide band ring size chart to measure at home.

Each ring is hand cut from 20 gauge sterling silver sheet and 14 gauge wire. Band is about 1/2 inch (12 mm) wide. Hand formed, textured and created by me for you!

How to Care for your beccasblues’ jewelry: Please take care and remove your jewelry before exercising, swimming, bathing or any use beyond light activity to preserve the life of the jewelry.

All silver and gold jewelry should be properly cleaned occasionally with either silver or gold cleaner available at retail locations. Dawn dish soap and warm water can be used to clean all pieces.

I recommend using Copper Bright or any other copper polish on copper jewelry, but lemon juice and salt mixed into a paste can be used in a pinch.
