This sign is really really beautiful. We love it overall, however, it came with some quite sloppy nail holes in my opinion that we’re having a hard time filling in and matching the correct paint color. In the example photo, you can certainly see where the mountains are nailed in. However, our product has extra nail holes in the center and they’ve all left decently gaping holes that all show brown through them and it’s quite obvious on the white paint background. I did attempt to contact the seller, who was very friendly but not entirely helpful. They simply referred us to the return policy. We do not want to pay return shipping just to turn around and order another one and hope for less sloppy nail holes. We will be hanging in our nursery but hoping the local paint shop can match the paint better than we did.

I really wanted to love this but when I received it, a small part of the word "WAKES" is cut off and faded. Contacted seller regarding the cut off word but they said they just make sure the wording is readable. I like that the piece is rustic and I understand that no two pieces are alike but the since part of the word is cut off, it's a VERY noticeable defect/flaw. Paying $95 for this is not worth it. Overall it's just okay.

Again we are sad you aren’t satisfied with your purchase. I wish your picture was added here because it doesn’t have a VERY noticeable defect has you described...the tiny tip of the-bottom W is distressed.......we offered a full refund with return of item. This item is 3ft and 11lbs and price includes free shipping which cost us $30 on average. We feel the handmade piece with hand cut mountains, handpainted quote and framed is a very fair price for our time and materials and fees. Due to the handmade nature of the item...we are unable to make every piece exactly the same but each will be very close to the pictures in listings and all wording will be readable.
