Current processing times are listed as 10-14 business days for personalized items. I'm often able to get them out much quicker than that but if you need something by a specific date or a rush order, please contact me as soon as possible. All items listed as "ready to ship" will be sent out within 48 hours of cleared payment.

It's not necessary to include an apostrophe to pluralize a last name. All of my items are created following proper grammar rules by default. This means that I will automatically use "The Smiths" rather than "The Smith's". Names ending in S,X,Z,CH,& SH will have -es added rather than an -s to make them plural.
