Early morning dew on twisty vines, yellow butterflies and red ladybugs.

Inspired by A Midsummer Night's Dream. On one side, Oberon, savage king of the fairies, rules the night. On the other side, as dawn approaches, the world returns to normal. The only evidence of magic is the dew that slips and gathers on leaves in the cool of morning.

Both patterns shown are included - the butterflies and trellis on the front, and the blackwork pattern "Oberon" on the reverse. You can see "Oberon" in my shop.

Biscornu are little eight-sided tuffets. They are used for pincushions, ornaments, or my favorite – lavender sachets. I put lavender from my garden in with the batting and they smell just lovely every time I pick them up.

The booklet includes large easy to read charts, detailed instructions for working the design, and floss key listing DMC threads.
