Winner of GD USA's 2007 American Graphic Design award and printed in the 2007 GD USA annual

Beautiful illustrations from Albert Schramm’s "Der Bilderschmuck der Frühdrucke", reproductions of the German incunabula period [1450-1500AD] are accompanied by Tower lead type for the name of the herb and MrsEaves digital type for the most common herbal uses.

A small packet of seeds are also letterpressed with the Tower initial to complete the organic package for each card.

Letterpress printed by hand on Fox River Evergreen Moss 100PC recycled paper. The combination of vintage letterpress and the soft paper impresses the image for a wonderful tactile effect.

[rosemary and peppermint are not shown, but see my other listings for images]

{set of 7} A-2 envelopes, 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 cards

Please note that while we seek to maintain consistency,
letterpress process is a handmade one and may vary
slightly from print to print, and from samples or images.

We list each item individually, if you are interested in multiple or different quantities, send a convo and we'll set up a special order for you.

California residents, as of April 2009, please add CA sales tax of 9.5% to your order, thank you!
