Lustrous solid sterling silver and 14Kt Rose Gold Filled 20 awg 4mm rings are the foundation of this handmade box chain necklace. At just under 1/4 inch wide, this is a very low profile necklace that is available in several lengths to suit you, from a neck hugging choker to a more traditional drape. No matter which size you choose, your secret will be safe in plain sight. The necklace is finished with a solid sterling silver figure eight style lobster clasp.
The dots and dashes are the rose gold rings and the silver rings delineate between the letters. The stainless steel lobster clasp marks the front of the word.

I chose 14/20 rose gold filled wire for this necklace for its added strength and ability to hold up to daily wear. Gold filled is not the same as gold plated and it will last a lifetime with proper care.
