It looks better online than in reality, because the embroidered flowers are large, so the images don’t look as sharp as they should. The tote, like those being made by a major site that prints elaborate designs to order, has a bonded polyester interior, rather than the freestanding lining such bags used to have. In other words, while it’s fine, the quality has declined overall. It would make an attractive beach tote but not something I’d put a lot of weight in.

I am sorry that you are disappointed. Unfortunately, what we see on our beautiful backlit computers and what is possible as an image printed on coarser strong fabric are not ever going to be the same. At the various sizes, the image that is printed on the bag is naturally incresed as the size increases and so it is normal that it loses its sharpness. I could have made the image with smaller detail had I know that is what you would have liked. As for the lining, it is what makes it more durable, stronger, and protects it from ruin by objects being placed in the bag. The bag, with its sturdy handles and lining, is definitely more than capable of being used for substantial weight. I thank you for sharing your concerns and findings as it helps me going forward.
