Orders normally ship in 4-10 business days, however there are times of the year when it may take a little longer. This is because we are often on the road (July/Aug) or organizing events (mid-Sept/Oct). If you have any question about whether or not something will arrive in time, just message me and ask. Be sure to let me know what items you are interested in ordering, where it's being sent, and I can give you an estimate of how soon it can be shipped. A lot of the time, shirts are ready to go, but some items are made to order (like hoodies).
Please note: I can not guarantee delivery dates on overseas shipments. We use First Class Mail via the US Postal Service because it is the least expensive way to ship overseas. Unfortunately, it is also spotty with the tracking. Once the package is put in the post, I have no control over what happens to it or how long it takes. Some packages arrive quickly and are processed through customs in a day, but occasionally a parcel will take quite a while to arrive and linger in customs for days. I have tried to trace International First Class packages before, but unless it is scanned in the destination country, there's no way for the USPS to find it. (I have had luck in the past plugging in the customs form number in to a local mail services tracking widget, like Canada Post or Royal Mail/Parcel Force.)
GENERAL TIPS:
Avoid delays and be doubly sure that the Ship To address is correct in your order. We use a shipping manager that pulls in your information EXACTLY AS YOU ENTERED IT.
All orders ship with a sales receipt listing the items in the package. Prices are not listed on the sales receipt.

Domestic orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
International orders are shipped by USPS First Class Mail International.
(note that there is no insurance option on International First Class Mail. If you want to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail or Express Mail, send me a message and I can give you the price for those services.)
Orders typically ship in 1-2 weeks. We are a two person company that attends many events during the year that take us away from the office. We print many of our items to order, so it sometimes takes us a bit longer than larger companies with big staffs and warehouses. Rest assured you are getting a unique, high-quality product that you can't find anywhere else, made by a true small business. You will be notified by e-mail if we expect your order to take substantially longer to fulfill. If your order has not arrived in a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. Be sure to include your name, the date your made your purchase, and a list of the items you ordered.
SHIPPING INSURANCE:
Loss or damage in the mail is very rare. If you'd like your order to be insured, so that it can be replaced if it should go missing or get damaged in transit, USPS Priority Mail has a postal insurance option and means that your items can be replaced at no cost in the event of loss or damage in the mail. Our more economical uninsured Priority Mail method does not provide this protection. (First Class International does not have an insurance option.)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Your order may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, etc.) when it arrives. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. The shipping charges you pay us do not include customs fees. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to us and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. As a result, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. Know how your country's customs fees work before you order!
We sympathize with the frustration of having to pay customs fees, just to get a T-shirt or two, but we are also a reputable above-board company, so please do not ask us to commit international import tax fraud by marking your item as a "Gift" or with a lower value. Our policy is to include a customs form with each international package, declaring the actual value of your purchase.
IS THERE A CHEAPER WAY TO SEND THIS TO ME OUTSIDE THE U.S.?
Unfortunately, USPS First Class IS the cheapest way to mail overseas. Keep in mind that the rates are the same up to 32 oz (2 pounds). If you're getting t-shirts, depending on the size, you can potentially get 2-3 of them shipped for the same price as 1.
