Estimated delivery

The estimated delivery date is based on your purchase date, the recipient's location (actual or inferred), the seller's processing time and location, and the shipping carrier. Other factors—like placing an order on a weekend or a holiday—may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery date. It's our hope that your item gets where it's going as soon as possible, but given the factors involved, this is only an estimate.

Wood, Rubber

Let's be honest. You didn't come to Etsy to buy pre-manufactured items made by a robot. Wooden wallets should be handmade, unique items. If your going to cut it up with lasers, there are better materials to make a wallet out of.

But you want a wood wallet. Natural beauty, infused with the blood, sweat and tears of a true craftsman (Metaphorically, of course, I'm not really bleeding or sweating on these wallets, though there may be an occasional tear). An object that shows you truly appreciate the finer arts and surround yourself with rugged comfort. A little piece of the wild in your pocket.

Your cards and cash will be wrapped with a re-purposed bicycle tire from a real child's bike. It has absorbed the essence of his childhood joy: the thrill of riding a pedal bike for the first time, the wind in his helmet, the pride of becoming a Big Boy. It will inspire you to try new things and push yourself ever farther towards your dreams every time you put your hands in your pocket.

The wallet is designed to hold 2-4 cards at a slim quarter of a inch thickness, but you can stuff a lot more in there. Currently, I have 9 cards and a roll of cash in my wallet which I've had for 2 years now.

Features List:
- Real hardwood
- Re-purposed bicycle tire strap (+1 replacement)
- 3.5" x 2.5" x 0.25"
- Hand crafted and unique (none of them are "perfect")

Questions you may be asking yourself:
- How long does something like this last? I've had mine in my pocket for about 2 years.
- How sturdy is it? Like I said, two years without a thought to "taking care of it". Like most of us, its stronger than it looks.
- Why is there an extra strap? Well, that's because the strap does eventually wear out. It depends how you treat it and how often you pull stuff out. The good news is that you can make new ones pretty easily. A tire tube costs less than $2 and cuts with a pair of scissors. You get the satisfaction of Doing It Yourself and it feels like a new wallet. I'll also sell you a half dozen of them if you just don't have the time. But just know that I've priced it accordingly for people who just don't have that kind of time.
- What do women think? My wife shows it off to waiters when we go out. And we have four kids, so draw your own conclusions.
