Description

These soft pull toys are extra strong and suitable for a rough game of tug, or simply a soft chew session at your feet.

Bright colors make them fun and exciting, while durable fleece fabrics provide strength and structure.

Can be soaked and frozen for a refreshing summer cool down, or to sooth a teething puppy's sharp teeth. And they are machine washable!! (skip the soap)

Returns and exchange details

If you're not 100% pleased with any part of your transaction, let us know! We'll do our best to make it right - within our ability. But please check our sizing notes - ordering the right size helps us keep our costs down and get you the perfect fit the first time!

If you DO need to return something, we ask that you contact us immediately. Refunds must be postmarked within 7 days unless other arrangements have been made. Special accommodations can be granted during holiday seasons, but we ask that you contact us within a reasonable time frame to confirm before shipping product back. DO NOT SHIP PRODUCT BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST PLEASE - There will be a 10% restocking fee for all returned products, and a 15% charge for any orders received without instructions or prior confirmations.

Some things we just can't control, like the weather and postal delays… but we do everything we can to minimize them.

We love to hear from you when we do something great too! Extra special treats for us when you include a picture!

Shipping policies

We know how excited you are about your purchase, we're excited too! We make every effort to get your items out to the mail and on their way as quickly as possible.

Many orders are made on demand, so we ask that you give us at least 7 business days to get it produced and on its way. During peak times it can take 10-14 days.

If you need a more speedy delivery, ask! There's a small $5 fee, but we can almost always accommodate you, and it never hurts to check! Your important dates make us look good too, we love to be a part of your special days and will do everything we can to make it work.

We're HAPPY to take custom order requests. Keep in mind that they may take a little longer if it's something we have to source, or don't have readily on hand, but we WELCOME the chance to create your perfect vision. And we'll tell you if it's quick, or long so you won't have to guess.
