There was a small transit issue with the product, and the seller shipped out a replacement item with no problem! She was incredibly accommodating. And the mug looks great!

I did receive my cup on time, which I was very worried about with Christmas on the way. The quality of the decal is a little iffy. I was able to scratch off a part of it without much effort with a finger nail. Like a sticker. There was also some misunderstanding with what I wanted the cup to say.. hench the scratching off of one of the stickers. (Could have been my fault.) But it all works out! This will be a nice decorative cup for my sister and I know she will love it either way! (Wont be using it because I dont think the stickers can be washed safely.)
