Description

An original signed with message and autograph on sheet music circa 1943 from Broadcast Music Inc. NY,NY. Sheet music of this song by Smiley Burnette is rare and the message reads Mary, In appreciation for the daily ? signed Smiley Burnette. Burnette was an actor and singer that was know as a Gene Autry sidekick and later for four years the Engineer on Petticoat Junction on TV. She passed early in life and the autographs are limited and I have not seen his picture on this particular sheet music. You can can this exact image of Burnette on his songs Its my Lazy Day, and I hope you're Having Fun Hurting Me. I have not even seen sheet music for Deeper and Deeper by Burnette.
