- If you require a specific size, we kindly request you to mention it in the notes section during the ordering process. However, if the requested size is unavailable, we will promptly notify you via message to discuss alternative options.

Return Policy:

You can exchange or return a robe if it is not customized. Please do so within 30 days of delivery, If the product shows any sign of use, I will have to refuse the return.

I do not accept returns on Customized Robes. They are made to order. If there is an error with your order please let me know within 5 days of receipt.
I retain the right to issue a whole refund, partial refund, or to reship your product.
I may issue a refund in lieu of a remaking an order.
Errors are getting the wrong color, wrong size, misspellings, anything else is subject to our discretion at Pretty Robes - but note we always do our best to make sure you are happy with the product.
