Yardage was calculated to account for shrinkage if you are pre-washing. However, please purchase extra fabric if you intend to fussy-cut any pieces.
*Digital cutting machine users: you will need 1¾ yards of background for one block; 6½ yards for the Twin/Full Quilt. All other yardage requirements are the same.
FABRIC SUGGESTIONS: Featured fabrics are from my 80s-inspired Snap to Grid collection for Cotton + Steel (also available in my shop!). To achieve the New Wave look, also try basic geometric prints, tropical prints, florals, conversational prints, pastel or neon solids, or even actual vintage 80s fabric! You don’t have to go 80s though ... the watchbands are a great place to showcase any favorite prints. Loud, large-scale prints work great in the Watchbands!
