This is an original 5 x 7" or 8x10" painting using high-quality Winsor & Newton watercolors on handmade cotton rag paper. It comes as shown. All paintings are shipped in secure, bubble-wrap-lined packaging.

**As we enter the busy season, some important things to remember!**

Please place your semi-custom orders at least 2 weeks in advance with your information ready. Orders do not start processing until you send through your names and other information. Semi-custom items may be purchased up to 1 week in advance but a rush fee applies. This covers overnight shipping and rushed processing. Proofs may be skipped for rush orders. No refunds will be given if rush orders do not arrive on time at the fault of USPS or UPS. If your event is less than 1 week away, we can not accommodate your order.

Custom items (e.g. paintings, anniversary gifts, wedding invitations) cannot be rushed from March - November. Please refer to Etsy estimates when ordering.

All artwork is best kept framed to keep it safe from dust and debris. Paintings put in full sunlight, framed or unframed, may fade over time. I use the highest quality pigments to safeguard against fading and smudging.

Paper products may bend or smudge in transit or with handling. You can straighten bent corners or folds with a bone folder or other hard, flat object. You can remove most smudges with a clean eraser. Handmade paper smudged edges can be torn off. Please attempt these solutions before contacting me for damaged goods resolutions. If your product has been damaged by the post office in transit you may be entitled to a refund up to the amount of USPS insurance ($100).
