On June 19, 1950, the plant was destroyed in a flood and resulting fire. Primarily because of Hull's excellent reputation with its customers and buyers, the company was able to quickly rebuild and re-opened on January 1, 1952, as "The Hull Pottery Company." J.B. Hull became General Manager. Through the 1950s and 1960s the company continued to expand and diversify its product lines to keep up with the times. New artistic lines such as Continental, Ebb Tide, Parchment and Pine, Tokay, and Tropicana were introduced

VINTAGE ITEMS ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT RETURNABLE.
WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS
We are not responsible for postage on return items. The item must be shipped back the same it was shipped to you.
Purchaser is responsible for return shipping fee and if it was insured by us for its trip out to you, you will need to insure it as it comes back to us.
If you need to ship an item back to us, please pack it up as carefully as it was packed when you received it.
When it comes back to us in undamaged and unaltered condition we will be glad to credit you the value of the merchandise only.

Our policy includes packing your items very carefully and in some cases the purchase is double boxed to ensure safe arrival. However, the post office does not always treat your items with care.

If you have not purchased insurance, you will accept the responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, broken, confiscated or undeliverable items. The post office does not reimburse for uninsured items and we cannot either.

Please send pictures of your damaged item/items and a picture of the box. No refund will take place until the claim is completed by the post office and could take up to 30 or more days.
If the item is damaged in shipping and has insurance please file a claim with the post office. It will be much quicker for you.Please see below regarding additional information.

If we do agree to accept a return and If an item needs to be refunded, shipping will not be included in the refund if it has shipped. Returns of any kind that are allowed, shipping back to us is the sole responsibility of the buyer plus a 20% restocking fee.

International orders: We ship USPS first class international mail, which can take up to 45 days depending on where you are. Some of our items can easily be shipped internationally and are already indicated on the fee for shipping. However, we do not put shipping estimates on glassware, china etc. Just convo us on ETSY and we will be happy to give you a quote. It is your responsibility to know before purchasing if the item can come into your country. You are solely responsible for any customs, duty fees, taxes etc. The item/items will be truthfully described as "merchandise" and the actual amount you paid for it in US Dollars. Damaged Merchandise:PLEASE TAKE PHOTOS Immediately
We ship all items fully insured with extra packing to prevent damage during shipping. If damage does occur in shipping, it must be reported immediately to the carrier to file a claim for a refund. Be sure to save all packing materials.
If you receive something damaged or items are missing from a package, please retain the contents you received and all the associated packing materials until your claim is settled. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office for inspection later. PLEASE DO NOT RESHIP THE PACKAGE!
Lost Merchandise:
We value your business, but we can't be held accountable for any lost packages.
All items are shipped Priority Mail with a tracking number.
If the tracking number says that the merchandise has been RECEIVED, but you say that you have not gotten it, I am sorry but there is nothing I can do. You need to speak with your post office to sort out the issue.
