    This journal is, hands down, the BEST gratitude journal I have ever had (and I've purchased and/or created at least 12 of them)! Here's why I love this journal so much:
    1. It has thoughtful weekly prompts that really help you connect with your positive side of life and your soul.
    2. It includes journal space for monthly thoughts and reflections.
    3. You can start this journal any week you like!
    4. I plan on using this journal as a guide for weekly family conversations about the topics/prompts.
    5. The graphics/quotes to go along with this journal are high quality.

    I can tell this journal was WELL thought out. It will really help me stay connected to gratitude and self-care practices.

    Love this journal! It has 52 wonderful journal prompts, each with gorgeous picture quotes. I love the format that enables me to do one a week for an entire year and jump in wherever I want to.
