Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping policies

Our orders are carefully packaged. We re-use and recycle packaging materials where ever possible.

For Domestic Orders:
Generally, we ship within 1-2 business days. Our preferred shipping methods are USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or UPS Ground. All orders over $50 are insured regardless of the shipper.

For International Orders:
Most international orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International. If an order exceeds 4 pounds (1.8kg), it will be upgraded to Priority International.

Customers are responsible for duties and taxes on their item. These may be due upon pick up of your items. We will be honest and forthright on customs forms.
