To properly edit Pink Blue Paperie templates, you need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. It is totally free, and you can download it here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/
Using any other software may result in formatting issues.

You can edit all text and change fonts, font size, and other text properties. Text boxes are locked in place, but you can change everything inside them. Graphics are not editable.

No. Our fonts are embedded in your files and work within the template without additional installation.

Sure. You can download a sample template for free and see how it works. See each listing for a link. Please note, that you will not be able to print this sample.

Yes. You can edit all the text, so changing the language is simple. Please note that the chosen font may not have all the diacritical signs you need, but you will be able to use another font from your computer.

If your template is not working properly, you are editing it within a wrong software. Please use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. If fonts are still wrong in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, your file may have been corrupted when opened in a different software (Mac Preview, for example). If this is the case, delete these files and download original ones again here: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases

If you own a quality printer, you can do it in comfort of your home. If you don’t want to print yourself, local print shops (FedEx Kinkos, Staples, Office Depot, etc.) are also a great option. Don’t forget to test printing quality before printing final copies.
